Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes unlimited page views, 1 feed with a 6-post grid, lightbox, caption on hover, and custom spacing. No credit card required. Use it forever. Pro features come with a 14-day free trial.
What does Pro add?
Pro unlocks up to 3 feeds, up to 50 posts per feed, all three layouts (grid, carousel, masonry), a detail lightbox with likes and comments, custom colors and styling, photo filters, dark mode, and removes Feedsnap branding. €29/year.
How often does the feed update?
Free feeds update once per day. Pro feeds update every 15 minutes. Changes to your Instagram appear automatically.
Will it slow down my website?
No. The widget is <10KB gzipped with lazy-loaded images served through a CDN. Most embed widgets load 200KB or more. Feedsnap won't affect your page speed.
Do I need to do anything after setup?
No. Once you paste the embed code, your feed updates automatically. If you ever disconnect your Instagram, the widget shows the last cached posts.
Can I use it on multiple websites?
Yes. You can place your embed code on as many of your own websites as you like. On the Pro plan you can also restrict it to specific domains for extra security.
